Dr. Pell completed his undergraduate studies from The Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.  He continued his education at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honors.

Dr. Pell strives to stay current on the latest technological advancements in dentistry.  He has consistently met and exceeded all continuing education requirements for the state of Virginia.  He has emphasized most of his advanced training in Cosmetic and Laser Dentistry.
